Digital File Delivery
After your purchase, you will receive a link to download your files and an email invoice. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt.
Unless otherwise stated, products are to be used by one classroom or family only and are not to be shared with others.
If you would like to use a resource with multiple classrooms or an entire organization, email info@STEAMsational.com for organization licencing information and purchase orders.
Refund Policy
Since our digital products are delivered via Internet download we do not offer refunds.

Physical Products
After your purchase, you will receive an email with your invoice information.
Physical products will be mailed within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your tracking number. Orders are mailed via USPS standard ground with tracking.
We ship to the United States and Canada only.
Product Return Policy
Returns must be shipped back to STEAMsational within 15 days of purchase in unopened, unused condition. STEAMsational does not cover return shipping fees.
Send an email to info@STEAMsational.com with the subject line “RETURN.” Attach a copy of your original invoice in your email. STEAMsational will provide return details once your request is received.
Your order refund will be processed once we receive your item after verification that it is in brand-new condition. Damaged or opened products will not be refunded.
Jarring Science Club
The Jarring Science Club is a monthly subscription to an extensive catalog of NGSS-aligned lesson plans for grades K-8th.
If you are not satisfied with the products in the Jarring Science Club, you may request a refund 30 days after your purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your first payment. Subsequent charges are not eligible for refunds. If you have not used any of the Jarring Science Club resources, your subscription is not eligible for a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@STEAMsational.com. Attach a copy of your original purchase invoice to the email and your subscription will be cancelled within 72 hours of delivery.
