Our products are delivered by Internet download in digital files and video format.
After your purchase, you will receive a link to download your files and an email invoice. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. Unless otherwise stated, products are to be used by one classroom or family only and are not to be shared with others.
If you would like to share our resources, please direct co-workers and friends to download their own copy of the products.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.
However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we do not offer refunds. If you have issues with your order, send an email to info@STEAMsational.com and we will be happy to help you out!
Jarring Science Club Memberships have a 60-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your membership during that time, just let us know and we will offer a full refund, no questions asked.
