Kids age two and three will love these not scary Halloween activities for toddlers! Keep reading to get a list of ideas, but first, check out why I love doing STEM with toddlers and make sure you have everything you need before you get started on your spooky festivities!
What is STEM for Toddlers?
Research shows that STEM activities are helpful for kids of all ages as it helps them perform better in every area of school and also helps them retain what they learn longer.
But even though toddlers are very young, they are little sponges and want to learn everything they can about anything!
Which makes it the perfect time to introduce them to the world through a STEM lens.
Toddlers can explore the sights, smells, tastes, feel, and sounds of Halloween for a full sensory experience that helps them learn about the world.
Using science and math terms while doing activities with toddlers and allowing them to build and design their own activities are the first beginnings to a lifelong love of STEM activities for kids!
